# Zavu pricing

Prices in USD. Free and Pro include monthly usage credit, spent on usage and connections; it resets every month, does not roll over, and is spent before the balance you add yourself, which never expires.

## Plans

### Free — $0/month

- $2 of usage credit each month.
- 2,000 app messages a month (WhatsApp and Telegram, sent and received combined).
- 2 channel connections included, of which 1 can be a WhatsApp Business Account.
- 1 seat. 1 GB of media storage.
- No phone number included. Buying numbers needs a paid plan.
- Pay as you go: add funds (from $5) and app messages past the allowance keep going at $4 per started block of 1,000, prepaid from your balance. Without funds, app messages past the allowance stop and incoming ones are held until you pay. At the spend cap, everything charged per use stops (SMS, voice, email, AI replies and app messages past the allowance) and incoming app messages are held until you raise the cap or the month turns. The first deposit sets a $50 monthly spend cap, changeable in Billing. Numbers, extra seats and extra connections still need Pro.

### Pro — $20/month

- $20 of usage credit each month.
- App messages are not capped.
- 1 WhatsApp Business Account and 1 US or Canadian phone number included.
- 1 seat. 100 GB of media storage.
- Optional: if your card is declined at a renewal, the plan can be paid from balance you added by card more than 60 days ago. Plan credit, promotions and PayPal top-ups never pay it.

WhatsApp template messages are billed by Meta per country and category, passed through.

- Brand: $4 once.
- Standard campaign: $15 once, then $10/month.
- Low-volume campaign: $2 once, then $2/month.
