Got questions?
Here's how it actually works. No fine print.
Any unique phone or email you message in a month. Send 1 message or 1,000 to the same contact - still $0.001. Simple.
Within the 24h window after a customer messages you, yes. Outside that window you need templates, which Meta bills directly to your WhatsApp Business account. We don't touch that money.
Whatever the carrier charges. We pass it through at cost - zero markup. USA is ~$0.004/msg, international varies. Check the calculator above for real rates.
$0.0001 per email ($0.10 per 1,000). Pass-through cost, no markup. That's it.
WhatsApp inbound is free. SMS inbound has carrier costs (same as outbound). No Zavu fee on top. New contacts count toward MAU.
Credit card via Stripe. Enterprise? We do invoices with NET-30.
Nope. Pay for what you use. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no contracts. Start with $3 free credits.
Prepaid balance. Add credits, send messages, costs deduct in real-time. Set up auto-recharge and forget about it.
Messages pause until you top up. We'll warn you before that happens.
Sending a lot? Let's talk. We do custom pricing for high volume.
Meta bills templates directly to your WhatsApp Business account. We only charge the MAU fee. Their pricing, not ours.
Credits don't expire but aren't refundable. Enterprise contracts may differ - check with your account manager.
