How hard is it to migrate from Vonage/Nexmo?
Most migrations take a few hours. Our REST API follows modern patterns without Nexmo legacy endpoints. We provide migration guides and can help port your phone numbers.
What about RCS and Viber support?
We focus on the highest-ROI channels: SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. These cover 95%+ of business messaging needs. RCS adoption is still limited, and Viber is regional. We prioritize reliability on channels that matter.
Vonage has Video API. Does Zavu?
Not yet. We're focused on messaging. If you need video, Vonage (via TokBox) is a solid choice. Many customers use Zavu for messaging and a dedicated video provider.
What about Voice API?
Voice is on our roadmap but not available yet. If you need voice today, you can use Vonage for voice while using Zavu for messaging and AI agents.
Has Ericsson's acquisition affected Vonage?
